Not only is she efficient & totally on the ball in holding school & the L.A accountable-but she just "gets it" due to her lived experience as a parent. Impressively, she talks about our son like she's known him forever & is able to get the measure of things extremely quickly. Her charging structure is also refreshingly reasonable. Nicole has been an absolute lifeline during an incredibly stressful time. Having a child with SEN who isn’t getting the support they need is overwhelming, but Nicole helped ease my anxiety and made me feel supported and empowered. She attended a school meeting with me, and without her presence I would have accepted everything the school said. Instead, Nicole challenged them appropriately, reminded them of their legal responsibilities, and advocated for support I didn’t even know my child was entitled to.
